Our Current processing times are 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

All of our packages are shipped through UPS or USPS.

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders with subtotals over $75.00. If your order does not meet the minimum, shipping is a flat rate of $10.95.

We apologize for any inconvenience, if you find and item is missing from your order, please follow these steps:

1. Check your order confirmation email, to ensure the missing item was included in your inital shipment

2. If the item is indeed missing, reach out to our customer support team immediately. You can do this by email or our Contact Us page.

3. When contacting us please include your order number and the detailed description of the missing item.

Our team will investigate the issue promptly and work towards resolving it.

We apologize for the product arriving damage and we are here to assist. Please follow the steps below, to open a claim.

1. Document the damage, by taking clear pictures of the damaged product, including any packaging that will help understand the extent of the damage.

2. Contact our customer support team immediately. You can do this by email or our Contact Us page.

3. When contacting us please include your order number and the detailed description of the missing item.

Our team will investigate te issue promptly and work towards resolving it.

Shipping time is typically 3-4 business days.After processing is completed you will receive tracking information for your convenience, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. 

Each candle is specially handcrafted using premium grade coconut-soy blend wax.  We use a proprietary blend that provides an excellent cold and hot fragrance throw and give the candle an even burn. All of our candles are made of natural flat, coreless wick. Our candles are non-toxic, Paraffin-free, Paraben-free and Phthalate-free!

The best way to prolong the life of your candle is to ensure that when you burn your candle for the first time, you burn until the entire surface layer of wax is melted. After burning is completed and once the wax has cooled, you should always trim the candle wick. This will ensure that any ashes and burnt sections are thoroughly removed, before any additonal burns.

Typically on average our premium Reed Diffusers last about 6 months. We recommend you flip the reeds every 2-3 days, to help maximize the diffusion of the fragrance.

If you follow the care instructions for our candles, our 8oz. candle can burn between 45-50 hours and our 12oz. candle can burn between 75-80 hours.

Yes our room-linen sprays are great at eliminating bad odors leaving you with a refreshing space.

Yes our room-linen spray is safe on fabrics! But all fabrics are not created the same, we suggest to you test in an inconspicious spot, before covering the entire area

Wax Melts work by slowly melting the scented wax using heat from a wax warmer. As the wax melts, it releases fragrances into the air filing the room. For easy clean up place a wamer liner in your wax warmer and add 2-3 wax cubes and enjoy!

Yes, the wax melts are reuseable up to 3-4 uses (depending on how long you use the warmer). Using our wax warmer liners make for easy clean up and give you the versatility of changing out your scents.
